This glass bottle orange juice filling machine is for filling green tea,black tea,wulong tea and fruit juice drink andintegrates filling and capping together It can meet the requirements of hot fillilng of below 95 degrees Celsius. It adopts man-machine interface touch screen,PLC,transducer ,etc.

Characters :
1.With advanced micronegative pressure filling technology, the filling liquid can be filled into the bottle quickly, steady and accurately.
2. Machine has the beverage feedback system. In the filling process, the air can be fed back separately. Without air contacting, the beverage can be kept away of pollution.
3. In the filling processing, the filling temperature will be controlled under 95 centigrade.
4.The suspending bottle neck clamping design makes the bottle stable during the high speed running. By changing some parts, the whole unit can suitable for different size and shape bottle.
