Liquid Filling Machine
Our linear liquid filling machine is ideally suitable for low viscosity liquids. It operates according to a simple principle. In general, the amount of liquid flowing through the fluid path always keeps constant in a given fixed time period. The product bulk supply is pumped into a holding tank which is above a set of pneumatically operated valves. Each valve is independently timed by the filler's master computer and can correct for the minor variations in flow rates. Therefore, a precise amount of liquid will run into the container through gravity and each container will be filled accurately.
Application: This series is capable for filling various type of bottles. In addition to filling regular liquid, it is particularly for foam and viscous liquid such as medicine, dairy, chemical and liquefied food, etc.
